Bookings

Booking your event at CLM Conferencing is a simple and stress-free process. We seek to understand your requirements from the outset and to work together with you to deliver a successful event. We value the opportunity to show you around the Welcome Centre at any stage of your booking.

Clear communication and effective planning that begins at the outset and continues through to event completion are the ingredients for a successful partnership. At the Welcome Centre our bespoke events management system captures all your requirements and communicates them to all stakeholders.

Our highly experienced conference team are experts in precise and detailed planning. We work hard to understand our customers’ needs and what’s important to them so that we can always make sure we deliver exactly what they want every single time.

We are happy to provisionally book your event for a period of seven days before receipt of signed contracts. We will work with you and your time schedules wherever possible.

Confirmed Bookings

Once you have confirmed your booking we issue a booking contract which we ask you to sign and return along with the deposit. Once your booking contract is received by us we will confirm your booking in our system and get to work planning your event with you.
